Breast enhancement continues to evolve toward more precise, thoughtful, and personalized techniques. Motiva Preservé reflects this modern shift, offering a refined approach for patients seeking elegant, balanced results.
What Is Motiva Preservé?
Motiva Preservé is a minimally invasive, tissue-preserving breast augmentation technique. It is designed to place breast implants with less disruption to the natural breast tissue, ligaments, and nerves than traditional augmentation methods.
Rather than relying on extensive cutting to create the implant pocket, the procedure uses specialized tools, including a blunt channel separator and an inflatable balloon device, to create space with greater precision and less trauma. The incision is typically placed in the inframammary fold and is usually around 2 to 2.5 centimeters. Motiva Preservé is commonly paired with Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix implants, which are designed to adapt to the body’s position for a softer, more natural appearance.
